Job Title : Talent Acquisition Advisor Target Start Date: Asap Contract Type: Permanent and 12 month FTC Salary Range: Up to £35,000 depending on experience. Location: Eastleigh, Gloucester, Bournemouth - Hybrid Closing Date for applications: Sunday 6th September Talent Acquisition Advisor: Fantastic opportunity to join Ageas as a Talent Acquisition Advisor on either a Permanent or 12 month Fixed term contract basis. The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Advisor is to provide an inclusive, effective, efficient and customer focussed, end to end recruitment service, ensuring the timely provision of recruits for all departments. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services in line with the business SLA’s. The role is Hybrid and can be based from either Eastleigh, Bournemouth or Gloucester and you will be required to come to the office, once a week. Travel will also be required to the other offices on a monthly basis. Main Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Advisor: Co-ordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment activities for new positions in line with agreed formats and processes. Source candidates from the open market, using LinkedIn, Social Media. Support line managers from Briefing through to Offer support. Maintain good working relationship with recruitment agencies and job board suppliers. Maintain a record of all recruitment activity via the ATS/CRM - Phenom & Cornerstone. Update the Careers Site using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront. Skills and experience you need as Talent Acquisition Advisor: Expertise in the end to end recruitment process from initial brief stage to offer and onboarding is essential. Strong Social Media and Recruitment Marketing skills are a must. Experience with Artificial Intelligence in the process. You will be recruiting for 20+ specialist hires at any given time. Expertise in Recruitment systems - Phenom and Cornerstone (or similar). Experience in designing and updating Career Site pages - Content Management Systems (using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront). A continuous improvement mindset with experience of improving the Candidate Journey.
