Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Associate. The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job postings, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience. The Talent Acquisition Associate will use various recruiting tools and platforms to build talent pipelines, track progress, and provide regular updates on hiring metrics. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives and assisting with process improvements in recruitment workflows.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Strong Interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications and role fit objectively.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and engaging candidates effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and basic HR processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience recruiting for international or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
