Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts and help attract top talent for the organization. This role will be remote and support all of our North American based sites. This role focuses on candidate screening and early-stage candidate engagement. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting introductory phone/digital interviews, documenting candidate feedback, and coordinating next steps with coordinators and Talent Acquisition Partners. This role is responsible for high-volume recruitment and serves as the critical first impression of our company, therefore a passion for candidate experience is a must. Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and exercising good judgment relative to our ways of working and values. Conduct up to twenty screenings per day (which may be via MS Teams or phone) to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, experience, and interest in opportunities. Escalate qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners for further consideration. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience during all interactions. Act as an ambassador of our employer brand and promote a positive reputation Support recruiting administrative tasks as assigned. Submit interview requests to our coordination team. Maintain accurate candidate notes and updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a high school diploma with one year’s experience in Human Resources or Recruiting role. Customer service experience required. Strong skills in time management, planning and prioritizing work activities; able to easily adapt as goals, priorities, and role responsibilities may change. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking with candidates/customers by phone or via Microsoft Teams throughout the day. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and TEAMS. Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or recruiting experience is an asset but not required. Ability to evaluate information and make sound preliminary recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. The pay range for this position is $21.50 to $26.50 an hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
