(plus 17% superannuation) Preferred Locations: Bathurst or Wagga Wagga Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga We are currently seeking a motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high performing team and help shape the future workforce of Charles Sturt University. Partnering with hiring managers across a diverse range of academic and professional portfolios, you will deliver expert recruitment advice and lead end-to-end recruitment processes. From workforce planning and attraction strategies through to candidate assessment, selection and onboarding, you will help ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, drive best-practice recruitment approaches, and contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance the University's talent acquisition capability and employer brand. The successful candidate will join our current team at one of our regional campuses and will have the opportunity to work flexibly under the University’s hybrid work policy. About you You are a proactive and relationship-focused recruitment professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy partnering with stakeholders, and bring a strong customer service mindset to everything you do. To be successful, you will have: Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection practices. Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships. Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements. Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
