This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As a
Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Support the recruitment process, with a primary focus on candidate sourcing, application screening, and interview coordination.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant recruiting platforms.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various consultant positions.
- Review and evaluate applications and CVs.
- Filter and assess candidates based on job requirements, experience, and overall qualifications.
- Conduct initial candidate pre-screenings through video calls to evaluate experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Rate and provide feedback on candidates based on established criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, notes, and recruitment stages in Inspirity ATS.
- Manage candidate communications, including emails, interview invitations, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and department managers or clients.
- Ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple requisitions at a time while maintaining an organized recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
- Participate in operational or recruiting meetings as needed.
- Follow established templates, processes, and guidelines for job postings and candidate communications.
- Support continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Potentially support onboarding activities and additional HR/recruitment responsibilities as the role develops.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
Standard time: 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Mexico City time
Daylight saving: 07:00 am - 04:00 pm Mexico City time
Minimum Requirements

- Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience, proven experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment or HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
