Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This role is a 4 month fixed term contract Filtronic is looking for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the People team at our state-of-the-art head office in Sedgefield on a 4 month fixed-term contract. Supporting the Talent Partner, you'll help deliver a smooth and positive recruitment experience from sourcing through to onboarding. This varied role includes coordinating interviews and assessments, reviewing applications, managing candidate communications, updating the applicant tracking system, and supporting sourcing activity across LinkedIn and job boards. You'll also contribute to STEM outreach, careers fairs, and early-careers initiatives, helping attract future engineering talent. We're looking for someone with recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar people-focused experience, ideally gained in-house or within an agency. You'll be a confident communicator, highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy, with a genuine passion for candidate experience, talent attraction, and supporting the growth of an innovative engineering business. The role may also be ideal for a recruiter who is waiting to start a new permanent position or is currently between jobs.
