The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and compliant hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Supporting talent acquisition advisors across the Americas region and flexing globally as needed, you will manage key stages of the hiring process while delivering operational excellence through strong coordination, attention to detail, and adherence to Solventum's values and compliance standards. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to apply your curiosity and collaborate with innovative, diverse colleagues around the world. In this role, you will make an impact by: How you will make an impact Supporting the hiring process, with a primary focus on post-candidate identification activities, including offer preparation, reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding coordination. Communicating clearly and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate logistics, provide updates, and answer questions throughout the hiring process. Maintaining accurate and timely candidate and requisition data within Workday and other recruiting systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity. Following established talent acquisition processes while exercising sound judgment to resolve moderately complex issues and escalate when appropriate. Ensuring compliance with Solventum's Business Conduct Policies, global recruiting standards, and local employment legislation while maintaining confidentiality and ethical hiring practices. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance efficiency and deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. Participating in local, regional, and global talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives. To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High School Diploma or higher and three (3) years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or an administrative support role. AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Experience with recruiting management systems (Workday). Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder support role . Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (C1). Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Additional language capabilities, particularly French and/or Portuguese Experience supporting recruitment activities in manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, or technical environments. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, e-signature solutions, and reporting tools. Knowledge of hiring compliance requirements, employee onboarding processes, and documentation management. Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management methodologies and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile Work location: Belen, Heredia Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Belen at least 1 day per week) Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
