The Role Your role The TA Delivery Leader owns end-to-end recruiting delivery within their assigned region, covering both early career and professional hiring. The role is a market-level delivery leadership position that sits at the intersection of operational excellence, governance, and commercial accountability for the region's hiring outcomes. The TA Delivery Leader takes strategy and hiring demand from the TA Business Partners and turns it into executable delivery plans at the market level. RSR is treated as an embedded extension of the TA function, not an external vendor to be managed at arm's length: the TA Delivery Leader runs the RSR relationship day to day, holding it accountable to SLAs and quality standards while working alongside it as one delivery team. The TA Delivery Leader also owns judgment, not just enforcement. Where a market's hiring reality doesn't fit a standard SLA (a scarce local skill, a volume spike, a new location), the TA Delivery Leader is expected to flag it and work with the TABP and RSR to reset expectations rather than force a market into a standard that doesn't hold up. Risks and progress are reported back to the TA Business Partner, so business and HR leadership always have a current, accurate view of regional delivery health. This role reports to the VP, TA Global Delivery. Key Responsibilities Speed Own recruiting delivery within their assigned region, driving early career and professional hire hiring outcomes against business hiring plans and SLA expectations Monitor pipeline health and delivery performance daily, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps and reporting them to the TA Business Partner with clear recommendations Manage capacity planning and resource allocation across the region, including contingency coverage during hiring peaks Quality Fulfill early career hiring demand as directed by the Director, Early Career, ensuring programs and pipelines are executed consistently and at scale within the region Drive hiring leader accountability within the region, ensuring timely feedback, quality decisions, and consistent engagement across all open roles Own candidate experience within the region, tracking satisfaction and offer acceptance as a direct measure of hiring quality, not just speed Partner Accountability Partner directly with their RSR Team Lead counterpart, hosting regular scrums, managing escalations, and ensuring hiring momentum is maintained across all active requisitions and talent segments Translate hiring strategy and demand from the TA Business Partners into clear, executable delivery plans, ensuring RSR and regional resources are aligned and moving with urgency Flag where regional hiring realities don't fit a standard SLA, and work with the TABP and RSR to reset expectations rather than force a mismatch Delivery Accountability Ensure adherence to global TA frameworks, governance standards, and hiring processes within the region, maintaining consistency and quality across every requisition Report regional delivery health to the TA Business Partner, including risks, trends, and improvement plans, not just status Use delivery data and pipeline metrics to track progress, identify trends, and continuously improve execution within the region, keeping the region proactive rather than reactive Your Future at Kyndryl Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. Who You Are Required skills and experience Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting operations, with direct responsibility for hiring delivery outcomes Demonstrated experience managing recruiting delivery across both early career and professional hire hiring segments Strong operational mindset, able to manage workload, prioritization, and execution in a fast-changing, high-volume environment Experience partnering directly with RPO delivery teams, including day-to-day governance, SLA management, and performance accountability Proven ability to drive hiring leader accountability and quality decision-making across active requisitions Comfort using delivery data, pipeline metrics, and operational dashboards to manage performance and surface insights Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively with business leaders, HR partners, and RSR counterparts Understanding of regional labor markets, talent dynamics, and hiring practices within their assigned geography Prior experience working in a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
