What you'll do We are seeking an energetic and empathetic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team in Brazil. In this role, you will get hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while actively driving our hiring initiatives for Persons with Disabilities (PwD/ PCD - Pessoas com Deficiência) program. This is an internship role for 13 months of duration. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition. Responsibility Map specialized job boards, PwD communities, NGOs, and university networks across Brazil to build a strong pipeline of PwD talent Assist in reviewing applications, conducting initial screening calls, and assessing candidates with a focus on candidate accessibility and experience Identify and coordinate necessary interview accommodations Manage job postings on internal and external portals, maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and track PwD hiring metrics Partner with the People team to organize internal workshops, awareness campaigns, and onboarding improvements tailored for inclusive integration Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
