Job Overview We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team, working directly with our TA & Ops Lead (say hi to Faustine) and close to local hiring managers. You'll own internship recruitment across our European offices, support direct sourcing on the team's other open positions, and lead one of the team's key projects: building a campus recruiting program that grows our local talent pool for Tribe CRM's Dutch market positions through school and early career network partnerships. What's in it for you? ✓ Small team, fast-paced: room to test & learn ✓ Real ownership of a project: building our campus recruiting program for Tribe CRM's Dutch market positions, to attract motivated Dutch-speaking early career talent ✓ Grow TA skills: LinkedIn Recruiter direct sourcing, internship recruitment and coordination ✓ AI exposure: your own Claude licence, weekly training ✓ European teams: colleagues across multiple countries ✓ On-site gym, weekly Thursday drinks, monthly events What you'll be doing Direct sourcing support : support your TA & Ops Lead with LinkedIn direct sourcing on other open positions across the team School & local early career partnerships : build and grow relationships with universities, business schools, and student networks, feeding our local talent pool for Tribe CRM's Dutch market positions (your main project) School events & strategy : support hiring managers on school events and internship strategy, from planning to on-site presence Candidate coordination : schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process Internship recruitment : source, screen, and coordinate internship hires across our European offices Possibility to collaborate on onboarding, employer branding, or other people-related initiatives, depending on your interest and ongoing projects in the People team 💡Your toolkit You'll work daily with Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Claude, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Who you are Currently studying HR, Business, or a related field (university internship agreement required) Experience : a first internship or student job in recruitment operations support (sourcing, coordination, school partnerships) in the local job market Relationship builder : proactive in reaching out to schools and networks, comfortable interacting representing efficy Group externally and owning your goals Skills : you've already worked with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter experience would be a strong plus, and you're familiar with AI tools like Claude, or willing to learn Native level of Dutch Full professional fluency in English Comfortable with hybrid work set-up ✦ Ready to succeed and make an impact with us?
