Job Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and deliver our recruitment strategy across Seetec Business Services, attracting, selecting and onboarding great people across a wide range of service areas. Key Responsibilities •Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned to current and future workforce needs. •Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, providing a consultative approach on sourcing, assessment and interviewing. •Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery—from job design and advertising through to offer management and onboarding. •Line manage and coach the Onboarding Specialist, ensuring timely offers, onboarding and role-specific vetting/compliance checks. •Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, embedding best practice and strengthening the candidate experience. •Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles using proactive sourcing. •Use recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health) to provide insights and inform workforce planning. •Manage relationships with agencies, job boards and community partners; represent Seetec at job fairs and events. •Champion inclusive hiring practices and support our commitment to social value and community impact. Skills and Experience •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership/coaching experience (at least 1 year preferred). •Strong full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing techniques and assessment strategies. •Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders while managing multiple recruitment priorities. •Confident using recruitment metrics and ATS/HR systems to track performance and improve outcomes. •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Desirable: Experience in public services, skills, employability, justice or related sectors; CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
