About The Role
You will own hiring across the business, partnering with hiring managers and founders to design fast, structured recruitment processes. You will proactively source and approach passive candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer. You will track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and sourcing channel performance, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes and tools as the company grows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with genuine headhunting experience including direct sourcing, market mapping, and cold outreach
- Proven track record hiring for startups
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage startup environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and align hiring managers and founders
- Sharp, data-informed approach to recruitment including pipeline metrics and sourcing channel performance
- High ownership mindset and bias for action
- Experience in a top-tier, high-growth startup or scale-up
- Experience hiring in fintech
- Experience building or improving talent acquisition processes and tools from scratch
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and approach passive candidates across the business
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline ahead of need
- Apply headhunting rigor through market mapping, targeted outreach, and candidate evaluation
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from calibration to offer
- Design and run structured, fast-moving interview processes
- Ensure every candidate has an excellent experience with Spiko
- Run calibration loops with hiring managers and founders on job descriptions and scorecards
- Provide market insights and sourcing strategy to inform hiring decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and founders
- Track and report pipeline health, time-to-hire, and sourcing channel performance
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest concrete improvements to hiring processes
- Help build scalable talent acquisition processes and tools
