The role: As TA Manager, you'll shape how bsport attracts, hires, and grows talent across the globe. You'll manage our TA partners and own the sourcing strategy that fuels our growth. This is a scale-up: the playbook isn't fully written yet — you'll be the one writing it, building the systems, frameworks, and culture that let TA scale as we grow. What you will own: Team management & performance: Own TA metrics, define and track them, drive continuous improvement of TA performance, organize the team, and coach and mentor senior TAs — bringing creativity to sourcing strategy. Stakeholder management & influence: Manage hiring managers directly, train them on interviewing, resolve blockers with them, and influence VPs, Directors, and C-levels on hiring strategies. Systems & scalability: Own the ATS/tools strategy (evaluate, implement, optimize), build repeatable frameworks (interview grids, comp benchmarks, JD templates), implement IA in the department, so TA scales without breaking, and standardize practices across departments. Employer brand: Partner with Marketing/People on employer brand strategy, measure its impact, and suggest new employer branding actions. Compensation & leveling: Partner with People/Finance on leveling frameworks (e.g. the IC/M work) and pay equity compliance. You would be great fit if you have: Proven track record managing TA teams, including experience in a Series A/B/C SaaS scale-up (not just large corporate or agency background) Experience hiring across multiple functions (Business and Tech) and across international markets. Hands-on experience owning an ATS and building scalable recruitment frameworks. Strong command of recruitment metrics and data: able to define, track, and act on TA performance indicators. Comfortable operating with high autonomy and low supervision, in a fast-moving, still-forming scale-up environment. About the team: We're 3 senior TAs, all based in sunny Barcelona, but our roots stretch from Argentina to Poland to France. Business Case (1 hour) live exercise with Claire and a business stakeholder (VP Engineering or CPO), based on a real bsport scenario. This is where we dig into strategic thinking and stakeholder influence. Team interview on- site (45 min) with Daria & Franco — current challenges and the reality of the role. Final interview with Zakaria (30 min), our CEO, focused on performance, metrics, and how you approach leadership at scale.
