The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles. This position requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills.

Role Overview
The TA Operations Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition function with scheduling, process administration, data management, and candidate experience. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operational delivery across a high-volume, multi‑regional recruitment programme.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage interview scheduling across time zones, coordinating candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy, candidate records, and requisition updates.
• Support offer generation, background checks, and onboarding workflows.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Experience Required
• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and scheduling tools.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
