What You'll Be Doing Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative, targeted recruitment strategies Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment Comfortable managing dynamic, high-volume hiring processes Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, initiative-driven approach (Nice to have) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
