We're a boutique talent acquisition consultancy that partners with some of the most exciting startups out there, the kind of companies building things that make a big impact on the people using them. We're small and scrappy, and we care a lot about our clients, our candidates, and each other.

We're growing, and we're looking for a Recruiter to grow with us.

The role

You'll own searches end-to-end across a range of roles and industries for our client portfolio, from intake to offer close and everything in between. You're a generalist who can pivot between different types of searches without missing a beat, and you're just as comfortable juggling five open roles as you are going deep on one.

What you'll do:

• Run full-cycle recruitment for startup clients across a variety of functions and levels
• Build sourcing strategies that flex to whatever the role calls for
• Manage client relationships with warmth and clarity
• Deliver candidate experiences that make people want to work with us again, even if they don't get the job this time around
• Use AI tools and modern recruiting tech as part of your everyday workflow, and bring what you learn back to the team so we all get better
• Juggle multiple active searches and shifting priorities without losing quality

What you bring:

• Recruitment experience as a generalist, comfortable moving across functions rather than staying in one lane
• A real track record of hands-on sourcing, because you love the hunt and not just the coordination side of things
• Comfort with AI tools and recruiting tech, and a willingness to keep learning what's next
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Based in Ontario, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000K range depending on experience.
