Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on finding and winning top talent in competitive markets. You will support shaping and continuously improving how greehill attracts, assesses and hires talent, particularly for technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the market, identify the right people, and create a selection process that helps us make strong hiring decisions while giving candidates a great experience. You will report to the Head of People & Culture . Your mission will be: Talent Acquisition · Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, selection, and offer. · Proactively source and headhunt candidates, particularly for technical and hard-to-fill positions. · Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles. · Develop a deep understanding of our technology, products and teams so you can credibly engage and excite candidates about greehill. · Understand relevant talent markets, compensation expectations and candidate availability. · Support shaping and continuously improving our selection process, including interview structure, competency-based assessment and candidate evaluation. · Build and maintain structured interview questionnaires and competency-based interview guides that hiring teams are expected to use. · Help hiring managers become better interviewers and make evidence-based hiring decisions. · Own recruitment analytics and provide insights on pipeline quality, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness and talent market trends. · Manage recruitment resources and external partners within an agreed Talent Acquisition budget. Employer Branding & Talent Communities · Help position greehill as an attractive employer for high-quality technical and specialist talent. · Develop initiatives such as professional meetups, community events, hackathons and targeted talent campaigns. · Use candidate feedback and market insights to continuously improve how we present greehill to potential employees. What Success Looks Like · Open positions are filled with high-quality candidates within agreed timelines. · Strong and sustainable talent pipelines are built for critical and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and headhunting efforts. · Hiring managers view the People & Culture team as a trusted partner and receive timely, high-quality recruitment support. · Candidates experience a professional, engaging, and efficient recruitment process that reflects positively on greehill. · Employer branding and People & Culture initiatives are supported through talent market intelligence, candidate feedback, and recruitment insights. We are looking for someone with: · 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition in a fast paced tech environment. · Proven success in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates across competitive talent markets. · Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently. · Experience hiring for technical, engineering, software, or other specialist roles is a strong advantage. · Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to manage multiple vacancies, projects, and priorities simultaneously. · Strong communication and relationship-building skills. · Interest in technology and working in a fast-paced, international environment. · A proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership. · Professional working proficiency in English.
