As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, partnering with them to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. You'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles and functions, delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing innovative talent sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and managing external recruitment partners to secure top talent for hard-to-fill and international positions. You'll also contribute to a variety of talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, driving continuous improvement and supporting our broader people strategy as we scale and grow globally.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies and solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, references, offers, and onboarding support.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, timely feedback, and effective employer branding.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment best practice guidance.
  • Develop talent pipelines and talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage and engage external recruitment partners, universities, and industry networks to attract high-quality talent, including for hard-to-fill and international roles.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and market trends to drive continuous improvement and inform hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition programs, processes, policies, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring activity and outcomes.
  • Champion an inclusive, respectful, and safe workplace, acting in line with company values, policies, and security requirements.
  • Support additional Talent Acquisition and People & Culture initiatives as required.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEED

  • Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced, global, or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting talent across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Experience developing talent pipelines and executing proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and contemporary talent acquisition trends.
  • Experience managing external recruitment agencies and other talent sourcing partners.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • A passion for creating inclusive hiring practices and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Preferred
  • Experience recruiting across international markets.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or high-growth organisations.
  • Experience with AHRM and/or implementation of ATS
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
