We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-growing team and play a critical role in scaling our clinical team. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end clinical recruitment process –from sourcing, to interviewing, to closing. Your goal will be to identify the most exceptional therapists and psychologists who are passionate about serving the senior population. 🧰 Key Responsibilities Own Clinician Recruitment , from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation. Attract and identify the very best clinical talent : To offer the best service, we only hire the most exceptional therapists; you'll need high EQ and IQ to separate the good from the great. Provide a 5-star clinician experience through their hiring journey , ensuring that our clinicians’ first touchpoints with Sailor Health are best-in-class Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines (inbound and outbound), as well as building out new recruitment channels, managed on Ashby (our ATS) Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities , creating JDs, researching compensation, and launching interview plans Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our co-founder and Provider Growth Associate.
