Your Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hadrian, you will play a key role in helping us build the teams that shape the future of offensive cybersecurity. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent while acting as a guardian of Hadrian's culture throughout every stage of the hiring journey. From Engineering and Product to Go-to-Market and Operations, you'll recruit across a wide variety of functions, proactively sourcing top talent, advising hiring managers, while making a tangible impact on how we scale. What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hadrian: Own full-cycle recruitment , leading hiring processes from kickoff to offer acceptance while delivering a fast, high-quality experience. Source exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping, and creative sourcing strategies. Champion an outstanding candidate experience , ensuring every interaction reflects Hadrian's culture and values. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, align on expectations, and provide market insights throughout the process. Continuously improve our hiring engine by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, documentation, and ways of working. Strengthen our employer brand by contributing to job adverts, recruitment marketing initiatives, and talent attraction projects. Use data to drive decisions , tracking recruitment metrics and turning insights into actions that improve hiring outcomes You are fit for this job because you: Are proficient in English, both written and verbal. Have 2-4 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience , ideally within a fast-paced tech startup or scale-up . Have experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and functions. Have successfully managed high-volume hiring while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience that’s thoughtful, clear, and genuinely human. Love the hunt! You’re curious, creative, and always experimenting with new ways to engage top talent. Are highly organized and can confidently manage multiple hiring processes while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner. Thrive in fast-moving environments, bringing structure, prioritization, and attention to detail even when juggling competing priorities. Use AI pragmatically to improve sourcing, workflows, and efficiency while keeping the candidate experience personal. Love working in an international environment and you collaborate easily with cross-functional teams from all around the world. Act like an owner. You spot opportunities, take initiative, and follow through with care and accountability. Bonus points if you have: Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment . A background in HR, Business, Psychology , or a related field. Experience scaling hiring within a Series A or Series B startup . Contributed to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent operations initiatives. Experience recruiting for technical, commercial, and business roles across multiple functions.
