Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Allentown, PA. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process. Daily activities include maintaining applicant tracking systems, communicating with candidates, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and supporting offer development and onboarding activities. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, builds talent pipelines, and represents IntegraONE at career events and networking activities. Requirements Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. Develop and post compelling job descriptions aligned with organizational objectives. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, career fairs, and direct outreach. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet technical, professional, and cultural requirements. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit. Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, and manage interview feedback. Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. Support offer preparation, offer presentations, and pre-employment processes. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Employer Branding Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. Promote IntegraONE's employer brand through social media, networking events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives. Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent in competitive technology and professional services markets. Monitor market trends, compensation data, and hiring best practices to support talent acquisition efforts. Identify innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment channels to improve candidate quality and hiring efficiency. Recruiting Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and HR platforms. Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements. Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes. Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting workflows, processes, and documentation. Collaboration & Organizational Support Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to department leaders and hiring managers. Support workforce planning initiatives and organizational growth objectives. Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Collaborate with Human Resources on employee retention, engagement, and talent development initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and organizational information. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within IT, technology, managed services (MSP), value-added reseller (VAR), or professional services environments. Experience recruiting for technical, sales, operational, administrative, and leadership positions. Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, social media sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms. Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and workforce planning practices.
