THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR and Talent team, focused on sourcing and hiring strong Software Engineering and Technology talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates across multiple channels, through interviews and selection, to internal stakeholder management and employer branding. You'll also represent People Ops at internal and external events. To succeed here, you'll need to operate both tactically (filling roles against real deadlines) and strategically (building pipelines ahead of headcount need). Ultimately, you'll build a strong, sustainable pipeline of tech talent for Kurtosys's current and future hiring needs. Please note: this role requires on-site presence during the probation period, after which it will move to a hybrid working arrangement. WHAT YOU'LL DO Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria Source candidates through online channels — social platforms, professional networks, and technology-sector partnership communities Run interview and selection processes end-to-end, including screening calls, technical/coding assessments, and video or in-person interviews Evaluate candidates using resumes, portfolios, and track record, applying your own expertise in the roles you're recruiting for Write job descriptions and design interview questions tailored to each role and aligned with our company culture Lead employer branding initiatives alongside People Ops, Technology, and Marketing Plan and deliver against quarterly and annual hiring forecasts by department Maintain strong relationships with past applicants and potential future candidates WHAT YOU'LL NEED Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (or similar) recruiting technology roles, ideally within SaaS companies Comfort using social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow, GitHub, LinkedIn) Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of interview and evaluation techniques Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A solid understanding of how different technical and business roles differ within an organization BENEFITS Relaxed dress code Open, collaborative culture Flexible working hours Group risk cover Employee wellbeing program 20 days paid leave Ongoing staff appreciation events Access to learning platforms Work alongside experts across the globe WHY KURTOSYS We're an international SaaS fintech company working with modern technology.
