Location: Sweden(Remote)

Job Description:

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in Swedish(C1/C2 level) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting for the EU market.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
