Talent Acquisition Generalist | Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 WFH) | South Dublin | 12 month FTC

I’m delighted to be partnering with a well-established, global organisation within the financial services sector on an exciting in-house Talent Acquisition Generalist opportunity.

If you’re currently in an in-house TA role or working in HR within a large, structured organisation – and want to deepen your impact in a recognised, reputable brand, this could be a fantastic next step.

💼 The Opportunity

This is more than a coordination role. You’ll act as a true TA partner to hiring managers and senior leaders influencing hiring decisions, identifying skill gaps, and championing internal mobility.

You’ll:

• Partner proactively with leaders to deliver high-quality, targeted hiring
• Drive internal mobility while strategically managing external recruitment
• Support D&I initiatives across the full candidate lifecycle
• Deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experiences
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes
• Contribute to wider HR and cross-company initiatives

🎯 Ideal Profile

• Proven in-house TA experience (IT/technical hiring a plus) OR HR experience within a large organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with data and ATS systems
• Organised, service-driven and commercially aware
• CIPD (or working towards) is advantageous
