About the Position
Arcadia is seeking highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team and play a pivotal role in recruiting exceptional executive and director-level talent. Reporting directly to the HR Talent Acquisition Manager, this role focuses exclusively on headhunting, job posting, and conducting interviews for senior management and executive positions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Arcadia's efforts to identify and secure top-tier candidates who align with our organisation’s vision for excellence and innovation.
In this specialised role, you will be responsible for posting biweekly job advertisements, sourcing exceptional talent, and maintaining detailed candidate records in Arcadia’s recruitment matrix. Your expertise will be essential during Arcadia’s bi-weekly Saturday interview sessions, where you will collaborate with other specialists to conduct interviews tailored to your candidates. Flexible scheduling allows you to select morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, ensuring an adaptable and supportive work environment. You will also prepare comprehensive interview reports for management, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making. This position emphasises collaboration, as you will work closely with your peers and the HR leadership team to uphold Arcadia’s recruitment standards. Your ability to connect with candidates, assess their potential, and guide them through the recruitment process will be critical in ensuring the success of Arcadia’s talent acquisition initiatives.
