At Nindar, we’re building a cross-border recruitment company focused on IT, AI & Web3 talent. We connect top engineers across Asia and Europe with fast-growing startups and technology companies worldwide. Our focus includes recruitment, executive search, RPO and talent intelligence.

Now we’re looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help us expand across the ASEAN market.

What you’ll do

• Source and engage top tech talent across ASEAN.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer.

• Partner with global hiring managers and clients.

• Build talent pipelines for Software Engineering, AI, Data and Web3 roles.

• Leverage AI sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment platforms.

• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of recruitment experience (Tech recruitment is a plus)

• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

• Good English communication

• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries is an advantage

• Passion for technology and startup environments
