co:grow — Fractional HR & People Consulting
Full-Time | Singapore or Overseas | Remote-first
About co:grow
co:grow is a fractional HR and people consulting practice that partners with growing businesses to build the people capability, culture, and infrastructure they need to scale.
We believe in co-creation and a growth mindset. Our mission is to decode the People Function and transform the future of work.
Our work spans four areas:
- Fractional People Team: Providing agile HR support that enables business growth
- Coaching & Succession: Supporting leadership development, coaching, and succession planning
- Organizational Consulting: Advising on organisation design, talent, culture, and change
- Social Impact: Supporting education, mentorship, and future HR leaders
We approach our work differently: bias-reduced, insight-led, and commercially grounded.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join co:grow full-time as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for several co:grow clients across different industries and stages of growth. Working as an extension of each client’s team, you will adapt to their systems and ways of working while applying co:grow’s recruitment practices to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable building relationships with different hiring managers and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the recruitment process from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offers, and handover
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and agree on a practical recruitment approach
- Write clear, inclusive job descriptions and candidate communication.
- Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels
- Screen candidates and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, references, and offers while keeping the process moving
- Create a professional and respectful candidate experience throughout
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
- Manage recruitment activities across multiple co:grow clients and vacancies
- Adapt to each client’s processes, systems, culture, and preferred ways of working
- Build positive relationships with hiring managers and act as a dependable recruitment partner
- Provide regular updates on progress, candidate pipelines, market feedback, and potential challenges
- Handle client and candidate information carefully and confidentially
Recruitment Operations & Improvement
- Keep applicant tracking systems and recruitment records accurate and up to date
- Track pipeline health, recruitment progress, and key outcomes
- Use recruitment data and market insights to improve sourcing and hiring decisions
- Suggest practical ways to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience
- Contribute to co:grow’s recruitment tools, templates, and best practices
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Skills
- At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience managing the recruitment process from sourcing through offer
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or multi-client environment is preferred
- Confidence managing several vacancies and hiring stakeholders at the same time
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-assessment skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence learning about new industries and roles
You do not need to have worked in every industry or recruited for every type of role. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, apply sound recruitment judgement, and deliver a positive experience for clients and candidates.
Ways of Working
- You take ownership and follow work through from brief to outcome
- You are organised and can adjust when priorities change
- You communicate clearly and raise risks or challenges early
- You are comfortable working independently as part of a remote team
- You are collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback
- You care about the quality of your work and the experience you create for others
- You are aligned with co:grow’s values of co-creation, growth mindset, and community building
Location & Working Arrangements
This is a full-time, remote-first role and may be based in Singapore or overseas.
You will work across client schedules and communicate regularly with clients through email, messaging, and virtual meetings.
