About the role

We're looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Gdańsk.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and help attract top talent that drives business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake meetings through to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct interviews in English and provide structured candidate assessments
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring effectiveness
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices

What we're looking for

Must have

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Very good command of English, with confidence using it in daily communication
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Gdańsk office (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across international markets
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Interest in employer branding or recruitment marketing
