Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and be capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process. You will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for technical roles such as Java, Python, Full Stack, Data Engineering, QA, etc.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management tools.
• Experience working in a startup or IT services environment.

Soft Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.

Immediate joiners who are comfortable with a salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month are highly preferred.
