Summit Medical Group is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist . This is a Full time position. This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and screening applicants (depending on preferred process of hiring manager) to fill existing and future job openings. Assists hiring managers with recruiting/selection processes for all positions for all Summit Medical Group (SMG) sites. Examples of Duties (List does not include all duties assigned) Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clinical, clerical, and administrative positions, from initial workforce need and requisition through candidate selection and transition to onboarding. · Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, preferred candidate qualifications, and recruitment priorities; provide guidance throughout the recruitment and selection process. · Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, community partnerships, educational institutions, career fairs, and other appropriate recruitment channels. · Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated workforce needs, including proactively identifying and engaging qualified talent for frequently recruited and hard-to-fill positions. · Review applications and resumes against position requirements; conduct candidate screenings and interviews; evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. · Coordinate and support the interview and selection process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, assessments, and other selection activities as appropriate. · Develop and maintain job postings, recruitment advertising, and other recruitment-related content to effectively promote Summit career opportunities and attract qualified candidates. · Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and training programs to strengthen Summit’s workforce pipelines and identify opportunities to connect students and graduates with employment opportunities. · Identify and develop partnerships with educational institutions to establish and maintain externship/preceptorship, practicum, and other work-based learning opportunities that support Summit’s current and future workforce needs. · Represent Summit at career fairs, community events, school programs, and other recruitment activities to promote employment opportunities and strengthen awareness of Summit as an employer. · Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and challenges; identify and recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies when needed. · Track and maintain recruitment data and reporting, including open positions, candidate activity, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics used to evaluate workforce recruitment effectiveness. · Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, programs, processes, and tools designed to improve Summit’s ability to attract and hire qualified talent. · Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation and ensure recruiting and selection activities are conducted consistently with Summit policies, applicable employment requirements, and established HR practices. · Maintain confidentiality of managers, candidates, employees, and organizational information. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications : · Minimum of three (3) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting recruitment and selection activities. · Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred. · Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across a variety of positions and skill levels. · Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, understand workforce needs, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment and selection process. · Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract qualified candidates. Experience using UltiPro/UKG highly preferred. · Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, educational partners, and other internal and external stakeholders. · Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions, competing priorities, and recruitment activities simultaneously. · Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive candidate and organizational information appropriately. · Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in identifying talent, developing candidate pipelines, and addressing recruitment challenges. · Ability to use recruitment data and metrics to monitor hiring activity, identify trends, and support recruitment decisions and process improvements. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and effectively utilize HR and recruitment technology. Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. · SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
