As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and attracting candidates to coordinating interviews, facilitating assessments, and supporting hiring decisions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a professional, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. In addition to recruitment delivery, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working to ensure an effective and high-quality hiring journey.
