This is the perfect place to start. We are recruiting a motivated Student Assistant to join our TA team, an entry level opportunity designed to kick start your career in Talent Acquisition. We are growing rapidly, and that means you will get exposure to a wide variety of roles across the business, from commercial positions like Sales and Customer Success to technical roles like Engineering. You will learn how hiring works across very different functions, build a real understanding of what makes a great hire, and pick up skills that will set you up well no matter where your career takes you next. You won't be doing this alone. You'll be joining a team that supports each other, shares knowledge, and grows together, learning directly from experienced colleagues while getting hands-on experience from day one. 🛠️ What you'll do Support the full recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening CVs to scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Be creative in how we find talent , you’ll experiment with new channels, events, campaigns, and content to reach the best candidates - never be afraid to test things out. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: clear communication, fast feedback, and a human touch at every step. Collaborate with teams across the business, working closely with hiring managers in both commercial and technical departments to understand their hiring needs. Maintain talent pools : proactively engage future hires and strengthen our employer brand. Help candidates feel welcome, acting as a friendly point of contact throughout their interview journey. Support onboarding, helping new hires get set up and settled in as they join the team. Get hands-on with our systems, learning our ATS and recruitment tools as you go. 🙌 You’ll thrive here if you… You are currently studying, ideally within HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field, and you're excited to get real-world experience alongside your degree. You have a passion for finding great talent and matching people with the right teams.
