Job Title: Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst

Location: Remote Work

Contract Length: 12 Months

Pay: 60 per hr on W2

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and program/project management. This individual will co-manage the talent acquisition technology portfolio and serve as the liaison between the business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Co-own and manage the talent acquisition technology portfolio
• Serve as the liaison between the business and IT
• Ensure development work successfully passes user acceptance testing
• Perform hands-on UAT and model testing
• Support the implementation of new Eightfold features with a focus on business value
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Eightfold as new releases become available
• Build reporting solutions using Workday Recruiting and Eightfold
• Review and understand Workday Recruiting reports, integrations, and configurations
• Provide Workday Recruiting configuration expertise and guidance on future-state design
• Manage multiple technology build and maintenance initiatives
• Develop creative solutions to address business problems
• Perform application management, configuration, maintenance, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
• 1+ year of Eightfold Talent Acquisition experience
• 5+ years of talent acquisition operations experience
• Strong talent acquisition and recruiting operations background
• Program and project management experience
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting module configuration experience
• Experience with Workday Recruiting reports and integrations
• Experience performing UAT and model testing
• Experience building reporting solutions from Workday and Eightfold
• Experience managing multiple build and maintenance initiatives
• Ability to develop creative solutions to business problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
