This means our Budapest teams don't just execute on a product built elsewhere: they're directly responsible for shaping the product, technology, and how we build them as we grow . Location: Budapest, XI., Science Park (On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays) As a Talent Sourcer Trainee , you’ll become a key part of our recruitment team, supporting our senior recruiters in identifying and engaging top candidates. You’ll learn the fundamentals of sourcing, from navigating LinkedIn to mastering Boolean searches, all while getting a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-moving talent team.
