Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work. Monitor organizational structure and budget management. Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges. Ensure that all weekly reports and dashboards are consistently completed and submitted to the appropriate stakeholders. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
