Talent Analytics Analyst at BairesDev

As a Talent Analytics Analyst, you will transform raw recruitment data into actionable insights that drive strategic hiring decisions. You will be key in optimizing the recruitment life cycle through advanced analytics and data-driven storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel health and operational efficiency.
• Analyze talent-related KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to present data-backed insights that support workforce planning and organizational success.
• Leverage data to create targeted plans for identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
• Track and report on key metrics such as employee retention and cost-per-hire to ensure a scalable talent strategy.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and building dashboards using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
• Proficiency in reporting and analyzing talent-related KPIs to support operational decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
