QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Proven track record in Human Resources with 5+ years of experience across HR Administration AND Talent Acquisition.
Proven success working in a fast paced, multinational organisation, working across multiple time zones using a global HRIS system e.g. Success Factors, Workday, etc.
At least 2 years experience in talent acquisition with responsibility for screening and assessing applicants
Familiar with administration of HR policies e.g. Time Off (annual leave, family leave, sickness absence), Disciplinary & Grievance, Dignity at Work, etc.
Familiar with key employment legislation e.g. Terms & Conditions of Employment, Working Time Act, Family Leave Act. etc.
Skilled in excel and mail merges
