Performance Management: to be partner to Functions on PM process promotion and execution. To be the expert and advisor on the process. Recruitment and selection: to support recruitment team effective selection, assessment techniques and solutions, recruitment approaches and processes. Compensation and Benefits: to apply and manage C&B policies and practices in such a way as to maintain fair treatment and equity among the workforce, to maintain alignment with KC procedures and principles, to ensuring the best performance and achievements are recognized and adequately rewarded. To be the advisor on C&B questions to stakeholders.
