Role Overview The Talent Coordinator will support high-volume and priority hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance, working closely with the People Manager and hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates across a variety of functions. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing Support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance. Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, universities, and other appropriate channels. Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess experience, qualifications, availability, and alignment with position requirements. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system. Hiring Manager Support Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, required skills, and hiring priorities. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams. Provide regular updates on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress. Candidate Experience & Recruitment Operations Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding interview scheduling, status updates, and next steps. Maintain recruitment documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements. Support improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and overall hiring efficiency. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. 2–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination experience. Experience supporting multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced or growing organization. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms. Experience recruiting for scientific, manufacturing, engineering, technical, or operations positions is preferred. Experience with BambooHR, BambooHR ATS, or another applicant tracking system is preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong sourcing and initial candidate screening skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities. Adaptable and able to adjust approach based on different hiring needs and situations. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the People team.
