Talent Manager

Day 1 Talent | Full-Time | Remote

Day 1 Talent is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who lives and breathes the creator economy and has experience managing talent, securing brand partnerships, and overseeing campaigns from outreach to payment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a roster of creators and their day-to-day communications
• Pitch talent to brands, agencies, and industry partners
• Negotiate campaign rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and contracts
• Oversee campaign execution, deliverables, timelines, and invoicing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and brand partners
• Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new partnership opportunities
• Help scale and grow our talent division

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management
• Experience managing an existing roster of creators is strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of influencer pricing, licensing, contracts, and partnership strategy
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the creator economy
