Stride Social is looking for ambitious and commercially minded individuals to join its growing Talent Management team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy. No previous industry experience is required. What matters most is confidence, communication skills, self-motivation and a willingness to learn.

You will identify promising Digital Media influencers, introduce them to Stride Social and help them secure brand partnerships and grow their careers.

About Stride Social

Stride Social is a growing influencer talent and marketing agency that connects creators with brands to deliver authentic and effective campaigns.

The team identifies emerging talent, supports creators in developing their careers and builds partnerships that generate value for both influencers and brands.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and identify promising Digital Media, Gaming & Tech influencers
• Contact potential talent and conduct introductory sales calls
• Sign and onboard new influencers
• Build strong relationships with the talent you represent
• Research brands that align with your influencers
• Conduct brand outreach and secure campaign opportunities
• Negotiate rates, deliverables and campaign expectations
• Coordinate campaigns between influencers and brands
• Attend two weekly team meetings on Mondays and Fridays
• Share updates and collaborate with the wider Stride Social team

Who We Are Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you are:

• Interested in your chosen Digital Media, Gaming & Tech niche, social media or influencer marketing
• Confident speaking with new people in excellent English
• Comfortable conducting outreach and sales calls
• Motivated by targets and commission
• Organised, proactive and able to manage your own schedule
• A strong written and verbal communicator
• Comfortable working independently
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Excited to develop a career in talent management

Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, account management, marketing or social media would be beneficial, but it is not essential.

Position: Tech, Gaming & Digital Media Influencer Talent Manager

Location: Remote worldwide

Schedule: Flexible, with team meetings every Monday and Friday

Compensation: Performance-based uncapped commission

Potential earnings: £2,000 to £14,000+ per month, depending on performance

Start date: Within 7 to 30 days
