You’ll have end-to-end ownership of hiring across the Operations function, covering a mix of roles including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations teams as well as Managing a small team of Talent Partners within Operations. Working closely with hiring managers to build strong, consistent pipelines in a high-volume, always-on part of the business. What you’ll be doing: You'll own high-volume hiring end-to-end, building repeatable processes that keep pipelines moving fast without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience. You'll thrive as a business partner to leaders, guiding stakeholder conversations and influencing decisions with data, insight, and empathy. You'll navigate a scaling, fast-paced environment, adapting your process as volume and priorities shift. You'll take a tech-forward approach to the role, using AI and automation to streamline our hiring processes and continuously raise the bar on how we work. You think creatively about sourcing, finding untapped channels and talent pools. You have an analytical and strategic mindset, using historical data to forward-plan pipeline needs. You're skilled at spotting bottlenecks and re-shaping hiring processes to keep conversion efficiency high at every stage. What we’re looking for: You've line managed a small team of Talent Partners previously whilst also having individual contributor responsibilities. Previous experience hiring Operations roles or a managing high-volume recruitment. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and push back, when needed, to drive positive outcomes for the business. You're data driven, you leverage analytics to improve hiring every day and are comfortable reporting on process and outcomes. You have excellent written and verbal communication. You tailor your message to the audience, get buy-in and build trust at all levels. You have experience adopting AI into your every day workflows. You've worked in fast paced, scale up organisations and are comfortable with flexing to support area's outside of your core remit. Interview process: Screening stage- 15 minute online cognitive assessment followed by a 30 minute Talent screen. Team interview - 45 minute interview with a member of the Talent team. Final Onsite interview - 40 minute task presentation with the Talent team and a 20 minute Leadership interview with our VP of People / Chief of Staff.
