Talent & Performance Lead HCM (d/f/m)

About this Position The Talent Lead HCM is responsible for the end-to-end design, alignment, and implementation of Workday Talent modules, including Performance, Succession, Talent Review, and Skills. The role ensures that global Talent processes are translated into scalable and standardized system solutions while defining the future Skills framework as a foundational element across HR.
