Profile Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field Excellent written English skills—you will represent our voice and brand to top-tier talent Proven experience using Loxo, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, or similar sourcing platforms Background in recruiting for construction or infrastructure roles is a significant advantage Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; able to work autonomously without constant oversight A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with candidate outreach, follow-ups, and crafting humanized, compelling messaging Bonus: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT to enhance communication and personalize outreach content Core responsibilities: Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Loxo) to ensure candidate pipelines are structured, current, and clearly tagged Build targeted longlists of qualified candidates in alignment with specific job briefs and client needs Launch and manage outreach campaigns through email and Loxo to engage passive candidates Personalize communications and conduct timely follow-ups to nurture candidate relationships Handle interview coordination, including scheduling, reminders, and post-interview follow-ups Source talent from various platforms including Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, and Loxo to maintain a healthy and visible pipeline Draft basic recruitment content, such as email templates, outreach messages, and “About Us” blurbs to support campaigns Continuously track and tag candidates based on their engagement level, interest, and progress through the hiring funnel Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
