About the Role

Swiss Himmel GmbH, a Zürich-based specialist tech staffing firm, is looking for an excellent Sourcer to support our recruiters with high-quality technical and non-technical candidate profiles across IT, Pharma, and Banking — for European client mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Understand JDs thoroughly and source matching candidates across IT, Pharma, and majorly Banking

Apply strong sourcing strategies and use multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals) to build robust pipelines

Deliver quality results within 24 hours turnaround, working with minimal supervision, niche hiring needed

Capture complete candidate details: skills, experience, notice period, salary expectations, and Right to Work status

Assess profiles against JD requirements and share strong matches with clear rationale

Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in Recruitment Lite

Overlap with CET/CEST hours for team syncs with Zürich

Requirements

5+ years sourcing experience in a staffing/recruitment agency

Mandatory: Prior sourcing experience for Switzerland and EMEA markets

Proven ability to design and execute strong sourcing strategies independently

Track record of delivering results within tight 24-hour turnarounds with minimal oversight

Familiarity with Recruitment Lite (or similar ATS/sourcing tools)

Strong grasp of technical and non-technical roles in IT, Pharma, and Banking

Skilled in Boolean/X-ray search and LinkedIn Recruiter

Working knowledge of Right to Work/visa requirements for Switzerland/EU

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), English mandatory

Reliable remote setup with strong self-management
