Role Overview:

We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to build the top of the funnel across our portfolio searches. You will map markets, find the people other recruiters miss, and get them interested enough to take a call - across engineering, GTM, finance, security, operations, and more.

This is a craft role and we treat it that way. You will run every search with the best tooling in the industry, and you will own the number that matters most: how many qualified, interested candidates reach our Talent Partners and the founders they support.

You will also play a central role in developing the Go-Hired Talent Community ("The Goanna Collective"). This is our curated network of high-performing operators and leaders who help shape the next generation of market-leading technology companies.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to influence growth at scale and build meaningful relationships with top operators across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the top of the funnel on a set of active portfolio searches, from the first market map through to a calibrated pipeline.
• Source across our full tool stack and find the people who do not turn up in an obvious search.
• Screen against a defined bar and hand off slates with your reasoning attached, not lead lists.
• Keep the data clean. Pipelines tracked, statuses current, reporting accurate.
• Bring people into the Goanna Collective, our curated network of operators and leaders, before we have a role for them.

Qualifications (REQUIRED):

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience within a startup, technology, or agency company.
• You have found and engaged top passive candidates.
• Genuinely good writing. Your outreach goes to people who can tell the difference.
• Organized enough to run several searches at once without losing track of a candidate.
• Comfortable across the modern sourcing stack - LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS like Ashby or Greenhouse, and AI tools you have actually worked in.
• Passion for technology and a strong interest in supporting high-growth companies at scale.
• Comfort in the uncomfortable. Ability to "wear multiple hats" across Goanna's mission.
