Key Responsibilities Source and Attract Talent: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates across multiple digital and professional platforms. Employer Branding & Engagement: Partner with the team to create engaging content and campaigns that strengthen our presence on social and professional channels. Social Media & Digital Outreach: Actively participate in and manage talent engagement initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other networks. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing priorities, and talent market trends. Market Research: Stay informed about talent market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment trends to enhance sourcing strategies. Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and delivers a positive experience for potential candidates.
