Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to strengthen Kurios City's candidate pipeline and support real recruiting searches. This is a remote contract role based in Colombia. You will translate role requirements into practical sourcing plans, identify qualified professionals, engage them clearly in English, and maintain accurate candidate records for the recruiting team.
Responsibilities
• Build targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional communities, referrals, and approved databases.
• Identify professionals whose experience, skills, location, English level, and availability align with defined role requirements.
• Review profiles against objective criteria and prepare concise, evidence-based candidate summaries.
• Write and personalize respectful outreach in English through approved channels.
• Track candidate responses, consent, status, notes, and next steps in the team's recruiting systems.
• Conduct or coordinate initial screening conversations and communicate the opportunity accurately.
• Maintain clean talent pools by removing duplicates and updating stale or incomplete records.
• Create talent maps for recurring technical, operations, sales, and professional-services roles.
• Share sourcing observations, response patterns, and pipeline gaps with the recruiting team.
• Handle candidate information carefully and follow Kurios City's data-quality and privacy practices.
Requirements
• Hands-on experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or candidate research.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
• Ability to evaluate profiles against specific job requirements without overstating candidate fit.
• Strong research, writing, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience maintaining candidate records in an ATS, recruiting CRM, or structured spreadsheet.
• Ability to work independently, manage several searches, and communicate reliably in a remote environment.
• Sound judgment when handling candidate information and outreach.

Work Arrangement and Process
