JOB PURPOSE: The Talent Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for enterprise sourcing strategy, market intelligence, sourcing standards, job board performance, vendor/source performance and proactive pipeline development. This role will lead our sourcing team and research team as it is built out. This role supports Numotion’s TA career model by building sourcing capability, developing sourcing standards and creating growth pathways for sourcing, talent research and recruiting team members. PAY RANGE: $73,920 - $101,640 base salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range. Compensation decision depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with the Director of TA and Lead TABP on enterprise sourcing strategy and priority hiring needs. Own job board performance analysis, source effectiveness, posting strategy and recommendations for investment or changes. Partner on third-party vendor strategy when relevant, including agency usage, vendor accountability, performance tracking and escalation. Lead sourcing standards for job launch calls, intake alignment, candidate research, outreach messaging, sourcing documentation and candidate handoff. Ensure sourcers partner with recruiters on job launch calls to understand requirements, sourcing priorities, candidate profiles, market challenges and search strategy. Oversee professional sourcing and talent research responsibilities to ensure sourcing work is aligned to business priority. Partner with recruiters to maintain job requisition folders and candidate handoff documentation as candidates move through the process. Own passive candidate strategy, market mapping, talent pools, competitor research and hard-to-fill search support. Support sourcing strategy for Director-level, leadership, specialized, aging or low-flow requisitions. Track outreach volume, response rates, candidate conversion, source quality and pipeline health. Provide market intelligence to TA, HR and business leaders to support better hiring decisions. Own sourcing playbooks by role family, including search strings, outreach templates, candidate personas and target companies. Partner with Marketing/Communications and TA Operations on career page content, recruitment marketing campaigns, employee stories, role spotlights and employment brand messaging. Audit sourcing activity, pipeline documentation and candidate handoff quality. Partner with TA Operations on reporting definitions for source effectiveness and sourcing conversion. Support TA career pathing by developing sourcing standards, coaching sourcing/research resources and building capability in market intelligence, pipeline development and strategic sourcing. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. 2+ years’ experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent research or recruitment marketing. 1+ year managing and negotiating 3rd party vendors. 1+ years leading or mentoring within a recruitment function or team. Experience with sourcing platforms, job boards, applicant tracking systems and candidate pipeline tools. Experience building sourcing strategies and tracking sourcing metrics. Strong research, communication and stakeholder partnership skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Experience leading sourcing strategy or supporting sourcers/research resources. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, professional sourcing, high-volume sourcing or hard-to-fill market sourcing. Experience managing job board performance, vendor usage or recruitment marketing campaigns. Experience in healthcare, complex rehab, field services or national/multi-site recruiting. Interest in growing within and supporting a TA career model that includes recruiting, sourcing, research, operations, business partnership and TA leadership pathways.
