Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant supports the launch and operation of a client’s interim Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing program. These new, revenue-generating roles are crucial for building supplier coordination, hiring manager support, and candidate management processes. Coordinators serve as the key link between hiring managers, external suppliers, and Kelly’s delivery teams, focusing on requisition and candidate coordination rather than direct sourcing.

The Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:

• Lead requisition-intake and strategy discussions
• Align staffing suppliers on hiring requirements
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and selection
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in Fieldglass
• Manage communication between suppliers and stakeholders
• Support reporting, scheduling, invoicing, and process documentation
• Identify and escalate delays or process gaps

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 3–5 years of recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition experience (pharmaceutical/life sciences industry experience preferred)
• Experience coordinating third-party staffing agencies and multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Professional English and French proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills

This position comes with a 1-year fixed term contract (with the possibility of extension).

This role is fully remote and available for candidates in Hungary.
